- $35 for 30 amp
- $45 for 50 amp
Weekly Rates:
- $210 for 30 amp
- $270 for 50 amp
Monthly Rates:
- Less than 32 ft:
- $400 for 30 amp
- $450 for 50 amp
- Greater than 32 ft:
- $500 for 50 amp
Additional Information:
- Holiday Policies: A 2-night minimum stay is required for holidays, and there are no refunds for holiday reservations.
- Electricity: Monthly sites include 300 kWh of electricity; overage is charged at $0.24 per kWh.
- Partial Sites (without sewer): $25 per night, $160 per week, or $350 per month.
- Tent Sites: $20 per night, $100 per week.
- Boy Scouts: $8 per person per night; meals (dinner and breakfast) are $20 and must be pre-arranged. Menu options will be sent to your troop for selection.
Philmont Transportation through Ponil Campground (2025/2026):
- Raton Train Station to Philmont:
- Round Trip: $50
- Single Trip: $25
- Basic tent camping available with pre-arrangements (includes dinner and breakfast).
- Albuquerque Airport to Philmont:
- Round Trip: $200 (includes one night camping, dinner on arrival, and breakfast the next morning; transport to Philmont in the morning, last shuttle departs at 4 PM).
- Denver Airport to Philmont:
- Round Trip: $250 (includes one night camping, dinner on arrival, and breakfast the next morning; transport to Philmont in the morning, last shuttle departs at 3 PM).
- Additional Services: We can provide your group with a personalized itinerary for area tours.
Menu Options for Scout Groups:
Dinner upon Arrival (Choose one option per group):
- Italian: Spaghetti, salad, garlic bread, and dessert.
- Mexican: Street tacos (chicken/beef), rice, beans, and dessert.
- Chuck-wagon: BBQ chicken, ranch beans, potato salad, and dessert.
- American Pride: Hot dogs, hamburgers, chips, and dessert.
- Pizza: Pepperoni or supreme, salad, and dessert.
Beverages: Tea, lemonade, coffee.
Desserts: Cobblers with homemade ice cream!
Breakfast (Choose one):
- Continental: Cereal, yogurt, fruit, scrambled eggs, and sausage.
- Pancakes: Pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs, and fruit.
- Breakfast Burritos: Eggs, potatoes, cheese, and sausage or chorizo.
- Biscuits and Gravy: Biscuits, gravy, potatoes, and fruit.
Beverages: Coffee, tea, and juice.
Deposit and Payment Information:
- Deposit: $25 for transportation services.
- Final Payment: Due by May 1st.
- Minimum Number for Transportation Services: 5 (singles available based on space).

Rules
Our rules are based on common sense and courtesy to ensure a clean and enjoyable environment for all campers:
- Check-In: Please check in immediately upon arrival.
- Pets: We welcome pets of all sizes! However, they must be leashed at all times, in accordance with our policy and Colfax County law. Campers are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- Rules and Accommodations: A complete set of rules will be posted in the laundry room and on the outdoor bulletin board. We’re committed to accommodating your special needs and addressing any concerns that may arise during your stay.
- Community Atmosphere: While our sites may be close together, we pride ourselves on our friendly community spirit. Enjoy our pull-through sites and the shade of our mature trees.
